The MRO eJobCard product combines two complementary features:

1) Optimization and management of Work Package resources


A work package describes a set of tasks and the resources required (labor, qualifications, tools, parts, consumables, etc.). 


MRO eJobCard allows the team leader to optimize the execution of job cards based on the resources available: 


  • Material resources (tools, equipment, parts), 
  • Human resources (available mechanics, qualifications, experience). 


The tool allows team leaders to assign a task to a mechanic according to defined criteria, combining: 


  • Planning (assignment of tasks and resources) and compliance with internal company procedures  
  • Real-time progress tracking (task in progress, completed, blocked, awaiting resources, etc.). 


This gives the team leader a comprehensive overview of the progress of work packages in near real time. 

2) Digital task execution on tablet


The second key feature of MRO eJobCard provides mechanics with direct access to their tasks on a tablet. Mechanics log in, view the job card to be executed, and can: 


  • Follow the instructions associated with the task 
  • Record the execution 
  • Sign off completion of the task directly on the tablet 


The team leader has immediate visibility of the progress of job cards and can adjust the organization of tasks if necessary. 


Finally, all information (statuses, signatures, timestamps, execution times, comments, discrepancies, etc.) can be automatically fed back to an external system (MIS) to ensure complete traceability and reliable consolidation of execution data.
